Note: Your entire user base does not count as participants—only those who engage with your advocate program.
For example: If you have 10,000 users and send a marketing email announcing your advocate program, around 10% (1,000 users) might show interest in participating by completing a task. These users would visit your advocate portal and become participants only when they submit a task.

If you ever go over your participant limit, you can choose to be automatically upgraded to the next plan up, prorated. We'll send you email notifications when you've reached 50%, 90%, and 100% of your participant limit. You must have a payment method on file to get auto-upgraded and can opt out anytime from automatic upgrades.
Yes, you can remove participants from your admin dashboard or by using the REST API.
Yes. With LoyaltySurf, you will get an email notification everytime a participant submits a task. Once you approve it, the reward will be unlocked and reward automation will kick in. We also offer a REST API and Zapier app for complete workflow automation.
